Editorial Policy
Sourcing
We rely on authoritative sources: professional bodies such as the American Psychological Association, government agencies such as NIMH, SAMHSA and the CDC, established nonprofits such as NAMI, and peer-reviewed research. Every article links its references so readers can check them.
Authorship
Articles are written by the Library’s editorial team. We do not invent author credentials, testimonials or endorsements.
Clinical review
We aim to have articles reviewed by a licensed mental-health professional. Until a review is completed, each article states that clinical review is pending. When a reviewer is added, their name and license will be shown with the date of review.
Independence
We are not paid to recommend specific practices. If that ever changes, any sponsored or promotional reference will be clearly disclosed.
Corrections
If you spot an error or an outdated resource, please let us know through our contact page. We review reports promptly and note substantive corrections on the article.
